Andrea Pepe
Principal
Andrea is the founder of Barreleye Capital, focused on acquiring an SMEs in Italy and evolving it through his international commercial expertise and leadership.
With experience developing new markets across EMEA and DACH, he has worked with innovative startups and well-established corporations. Throughout his career in Sales and Sales Leadership, Andrea has helped clients across the retail and manufacturing sector achieving efficiencies and growth through digital transformation.
Thanks to the long tenure in the technology industry, Andrea has developed expertise in Digital Transformation, Big Data and Analytics, Cloud Computing, Logistics & Supply Chain, and AI Platforms for digital buisness transformation.
Andrea holds an MSc in Management from Imperial College London, where he gained a world-class, hands-on business education. He began his career in consulting advising clients in the Digital Media industry on their Cloud adoption journey, before starting his career in technology sales in 2014, holding several senior sales roles and sales leadership positions, achieving several performance awards along the way.
In 2024 Andrea left his sales career committing full-time on Barreleye Capital.
